Audit process

A clear path from first call to ranked backlog

This page explains how our flagship Admin Panel Engagement Audit runs when you commission app analytics work focused on admin engagement—not software installation.

  1. Scope & access

We confirm which admin roles matter, agree observation windows around peak hours, and arrange view-only access or recorded walkthroughs. You bring the ten tasks that must not fail—named the way staff say them.

  2. Observation & interviews

Where possible we watch real task completion. We interview three to five frequent users about abandoned steps, spreadsheet workarounds, and training gaps. Notes stay tied to roles, not anonymous scores.

  3. Synthesis

Findings cluster by operational cost: delayed approvals, ignored alerts, permission mismatches. Vanity visit counts stay secondary. You receive a draft ranked backlog before the readout.

  4. Readout & owners

A 90-minute session presents findings, answers questions, and leaves named owners for training, copy, permissions, or later development. Implementation work itself stays with your team unless separately arranged.

What you should prepare

  • Role titles for people who spend an hour or more daily in the panel
  • Two weeks of anonymised usage notes if you already collect them
  • Known pain points, unranked
  • A named owner who can act after the readout

Typical timeline

Ten to fifteen business days for a single admin panel, depending on interview scheduling and whether we visit on site in Kuala Lumpur.
