Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver commissioned engagement work, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Malaysian law.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Client project files are retained for up to seven years for accounting and professional records, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with hosting or email providers acting as processors under instruction, or when required by law. Client interview notes stay within the engagement team unless you authorise wider circulation.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Malaysian data protection requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
